      About us


Roy Malmendier Jr and Angela Serio are a brother and sister team who grew up with great food prepared by there mother.  These memories have led them to team up to create a service that can give today’s family the same great food and atmosphere even with the hectic schedules of  today’s parent, students and busy professionals.

 

By having either Roy or Angela come visit you at home and do a complimentary consultation, every family member particular “likes and dislikes” will be discussed; also any important dietary needs are taken into consideration.

 

This is a wonderful opportunity for the very busy who have little time, those who would love special meals to supplement the great food they already serve at home, or just hate always dining out.  We also offer gift certificates It’s great to give that special someone you think might love a break in the day to day stress.

 

What really makes this a special?  If you have recipes that are family favorites that you would like us to prepare just give us the recipe and it’s yours.  Awesome quality and service is what we want everyone to experience.

Description of services 

 

1)      Personal Chef Services for each family - Food is prepared for each family individually, done in your kitchen, meeting all special dietary needs.

 

2)      Initial consultation – We sit down with you and find out everything we need to know so you don’t have to worry about allergies, health concerns, and personal tastes.

 

3)      Private in home cooking and baking instructions- a perfect service for the new cook or those looking to be more adventurous in the kitchen.

 

4)      How is your prepared food stored - All food is stored in microwave and/or oven safe containers.  If preferred food may be stored in any re-usable containers, such as Rubbermaid®, Pyrex®, Tupperware® etc.

 

5)      Shopping – We shop the day of cooking using only the freshest food items available. If there are items you wish to have that are higher priced such as certain fish dishes, veal, beef tenderloin, etc. there will be a premium price on those items based on market prices.*

 

6)      Gift Cards and Gift Baskets - Gift Card are available towards meal packages. Gift baskets are made to order can include items of your choice. 

 

7)      Full Service Luncheons and Dinners – Having guests for lunch or dinner? Small office party? Great we can come to the house or office. At your home we arrive finish of meals filling the home with delicious smelling fresh cooked food, serve, and clean; while you relax and entertain close friends.
